1Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between k9wi ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the User," or "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the k9wi website located at k9wi.net and all associated services offered therein.
By creating a k9wi account, accessing the k9wi platform, or placing any bet or wager through k9wi's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register for or use the k9wi platform. Continued use of the platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Important: These Terms apply to all users of k9wi, including players accessing the platform from Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Islamabad, and all other locations where k9wi services are made available.
2Eligibility
Access to and use of the k9wi platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the platform:
- You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. k9wi does not offer services to individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
- You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before using k9wi.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of k9wi, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
- You must not be self-excluded from k9wi or subject to a cooling-off period imposed by k9wi under its Responsible Gaming Policy.
k9wi reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, or address at any point. This may include a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification document. Access to funds and gaming services may be suspended pending completion of verification.
Age Restriction Notice: Gambling or gaming by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited on k9wi. Any account found to belong to an underage user will be immediately and permanently closed. Any funds in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the verified payment method associated with the account, less any amounts already wagered.
3Account Registration & Management
To access the full range of k9wi services, you must register for a single personal account. The following rules apply to account registration and management:
- One account per person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account with k9wi. The registration of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
- Accurate information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
- Account credentials. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your k9wi Login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. k9wi will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials.
- Dormant accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. k9wi reserves the right to apply a dormant account administration fee, the details of which will be communicated to you by email prior to any deduction.
4Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
You agree that you will use the k9wi platform solely for personal recreational gaming purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the k9wi platform.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or the platform itself. Any winnings derived from exploiting such errors are void.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, particularly in live casino table games.
- Laundering money or using k9wi for any purpose associated with fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
- Abusing the k9wi bonus system, including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or making deposits and withdrawals without genuine gameplay intent in relation to bonus wagering requirements.
- Making chargebacks on deposits to k9wi via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or any other payment method without legitimate grounds.
- Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location.
k9wi employs fraud detection and anti-money laundering monitoring systems. Any account suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct may be suspended without prior notice pending investigation. k9wi reserves the right to share relevant data with law enforcement and regulatory authorities where required by applicable law.
5Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on k9wi are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:
- Supported payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Available methods may vary and are subject to change at k9wi's discretion.
- Minimum and maximum limits apply to both deposits and withdrawals. Current limits are displayed in the k9wi cashier section at the time of transaction.
- Withdrawal to the originating method. k9wi applies an anti-money laundering policy that requires withdrawals to be processed to the same payment method used for deposit, up to the deposited amount. Surplus winnings may be withdrawn to a verified alternative method.
- Identity verification is required prior to processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, or at k9wi's discretion. Documentation may include CNIC, proof of payment method ownership, or other identity documents.
- Processing times. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for qualifying amounts are processed on a same-session basis where possible. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. Processing times may be extended during identity verification procedures.
- No fees are charged by k9wi on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside k9wi's control.
k9wi does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All funds deposited to your k9wi account must belong to you and must be sourced from a payment method registered in your own name.
6Bonuses & Promotions
k9wi offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and daily rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the promotion page:
- Wagering requirements. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
- Eligible games. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game category are stated in the promotion terms. Live casino games and sports bets may have a different contribution percentage than slot games.
- Bonus expiry. All bonuses and free spins expire within the period specified on the promotion page. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are automatically forfeited.

- Right to modify or withdraw. k9wi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where practicable.
7Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the k9wi platform:
- Bets are final once confirmed by the k9wi system. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirmation.
- Odds. All odds displayed on k9wi are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the precise moment of confirmation.
- Void bets. k9wi reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including, but not limited to: obvious pricing errors; technical failures that result in incorrect odds being displayed; events being cancelled or abandoned without sufficient play; or evidence of match manipulation.
- Maximum payout limits. Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and per sport/game category. Current limits are displayed in the k9wi sportsbook and casino sections. Winnings exceeding these limits will be capped at the stated maximum.
- Game rules. Each casino game and slot title hosted on k9wi is governed by the rules of that specific game as provided by its software developer. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the game rules, these Terms shall prevail.
- Interrupted games. In the event of a technical interruption to a live casino game session, k9wi will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where this is not possible, the disputed amount will be credited back to your k9wi account balance at the discretion of k9wi's support team.
8Responsible Gaming
k9wi is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. The following tools and policies are available to all registered k9wi players:
- Deposit limits. You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your k9wi account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
- Session time limits. You may set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of the k9wi platform.
- Loss limits. You may set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. When your net losses reach this threshold, further gameplay will be suspended until the limit period resets.
- Reality checks. You may configure periodic on-screen notifications during gaming sessions to display your session duration and net win/loss position.

9Intellectual Property
All content on the k9wi platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, logos, text, and game content — is the property of k9wi or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the k9wi platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the k9wi platform without prior written authorisation from k9wi.
The k9wi name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of k9wi. Use of these trademarks without k9wi's express written consent is prohibited.
10Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k9wi's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the k9wi platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your k9wi account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
k9wi shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
- Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind;
- Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your k9wi Login credentials;
- Service interruptions, downtime, or delays caused by circumstances beyond k9wi's reasonable control, including network outages, payment provider failures, or force majeure events;
- Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the k9wi platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits k9wi's liability for death or personal injury caused by k9wi's gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11Termination & Account Closure
k9wi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your k9wi account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms;
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
- Failure to satisfy age or identity verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe;
- Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, or bonus abuse;
- Evidence or reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime;
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal that k9wi determines to be unjustified;
- Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
Where k9wi closes an account for reasons other than breach of Terms or fraud, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via the payment method used for deposits within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may close your k9wi account voluntarily at any time by contacting k9wi support via live chat or email. Voluntary account closure does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to the closure date.
12Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to k9wi's jurisdiction of operation.
In the event of a dispute between you and k9wi, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. k9wi is committed to resolving complaints fairly and efficiently. Our complaints procedure is as follows:
- Step 1: Submit your complaint to k9wi's support team via live chat or by email to [email protected]. Include your account details and a clear description of the dispute.
- Step 2: k9wi will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide an initial response or request for further information within 5 business days.
- Step 3: If you are not satisfied with k9wi's response, you may escalate the matter in writing to k9wi's complaints review team. A final decision will be provided within 14 days of escalation.
13Amendments to These Terms
k9wi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, k9wi will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via an on-platform notification.
Your continued use of the k9wi platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the k9wi platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
